How to use

    1.adjust the Pin on the top of the arm , and select the appropriate pin hole position.

2. Sit the seat or ride the seat, adjust the height of the seat until the handles and the shoulders are at the same level; 

3.  Insert the pin to choose the suitable weight stacks;

4. Hands grip the handles , then  two arms push forwards or push back movement.

5.  Although this machine is designed for two arms, single arm movement is available as well.
