This peanut butter production line is suitable for producing all kinds nuts butter, such as shea butter, hazelnut butter, cashew butter, almond butter and sesame paste.

The peanut butter production processing is composed of roaster, cooling,peeling,sorting belt, feeder, coarse grinding machine, mixing tank, conveying pump, homogenizer,vacuum tank and cooling machine, filling machine, etc. It is characterized by flowing water, high degree of mechanization, good reliability,fully enclosed production and no pollution. It is an advanced equipment for producing stable peanut butter.

Principle

The working principle of the peanut butter production line is to send the cleaned peanuts into the roaster for baking, and then convey them to the peeling and separation machine through the cooling belt. The peeled peanuts are selected and enter the elevator and paste grinder. The ground paste is stored and stirred, and then conveyed to the filling machine to be filled into the finished product for storage and sale.

Our Services

Q1: What would be the min. And max. Lifetime of the production lines ?

A1: at least 10 years. All our customers' factory running well . And we can send the spare parts by DHL for long time operations.

Q2: What package can be provide, e.g. besides the sole equipment supply also things like installation/supervision, staff training, service & maintenance?

A2: We shall send two-three technicians to the site to provide guidance on installation and debugging and the training of operators. The technicians' round-trip air tickets, visa application fees and personal insurance are paid by the customer. Besides, the customer should provide free accommodation for the technicians while they are abroad. The customer should pay each technician 100-200usd/day.

Q3:What is the spare part supply and how long will spare parts be available? Would a supply of parts that have a higher wear & tear (according to their experience) be possible already with the initial shipment?

A3: Lead time of spare parts: 7-15 days
Transportation way: By DHL.
We would have a supply for the parts of higher ware & tear with the initial shipment for free, the quantity as per corresponding sets of equipment.
