1. The vertical conical forced feeder can press the feathers fed by the feather conveyor into the puffing chamber evenly and stably to avoid the phenomenon of unstable feeding due to the feathers being too fluffy.
2. The specially customized reducer makes the operation more stable and suitable for users to operate for a long time.
3. The vulnerable parts are made of wear-resistant alloy material and hardened, which is more durable.
4. The electromagnetic heating system is installed, the temperature is controlled by zones, the temperature rises quickly, the preheating is fast, and the sleeve can be removed after shutdown, which is more convenient for maintenance.
5. The movable independent cutting device can be opened and not used in the early stage of the machine operation. After the work is stable, the cutting device can be fixed to facilitate timely checking of the working status.
